offshore port canaveral

This week was banner fishing again, to say the very least. There’s still the lingering threat of COVID-19, but the fish don’t seem to mind!

Monster kings to 35lbs have been crushing it on the reefs on live bait. Bunker have been fairly easy to find lately in the basins early morning. Cobia are still scattered basically from Patrick AF to Ponce. If you’re trying to find them, my best advice is to just look around on a sunny day. Depths of about 45′ is where we are most often finding them.

MAHI fish are starting to randomly show themselves, too, are not uncommon right now. I’m expecting this to only get better over the next few weeks.
