Daniel with a big girl off the beach!
Great weather early in the week allowed us to fish off the beach, but the bite had slowed a bit from the week before. Still managed some kingfish, plenty of sharks, jacks, bonito and tarpon, but the kings and tarpon were picky.
Steve got into some big jacks!
Had to stay inshore late week and last weekend due to the high winds and rough ocean. The inshore bite was decent with nice big trout, slot and over-slot snook, and some juvenile snapper, too.
Right now I’m looking forward to calm winds and seas so I can get back out and chase the gamefish along the beach.
