Drove to Ft. Pierce from Melbourne on a report from West Marine. Fished from Jennings Cove to Bear Point Cove. Was in acres of bait fish of both pin fish and mullet but the bite was off. Talked to several other fishermen using live baits and no one had a catch. I ended catching (1) 24″ snook. Water was really clear considering the amount of winds the last several day’s.

Retired to the space coast and trying to learn how to fish the salt water of the IRL. Have had some success with the trout and caught a few snook, but can't seem to find the red's. I am fishing artificial's at this time. I have a 15' boat with a trolling motor and Lowrance HDS 7. I fish alone most of the time and really need help with fish habitat
