Headwaters, Stick Marsh and Kenansville have all been producing multiple fish days, ranging in good size from 6 to 9 lbs. The early morning bite has primarily came on topwater baits such as Zara Spooks and Whopper Ploppers. Bass Assassin RSB worms in Junebug and Redbug are also picking up some big fish in deeper water.
Night fishing has been especially good with multiple fish over 8 lbs each trip. Buzzbaits in black and Poppin Frogs in dark colors work best.
