Winter has slowly stepped aside and spring time weather has taken its place. Our bass are in post-spawn, pre-spawn and spawn at this time. All three lakes, Headwaters/Stickmarsh and Garcia lakes are producing great numbers of fish — and impressive weights, too. I personally only fished one of these three last week and Garcia is my favorite by far.
YO-ZURI hard baits in the 3DS Minnow and a SSR Wake bait proceed BIG TIME!
The first day, YO-ZURI hard baits in the 3DS Minnow and a SSR Wake bait caught over 40 fish. The next day was all about the fly rod. Although the numbers were lower which may of been because of lots mor anglers in our area than before. Sub surface streamer patterns and top water gurgles or stealth bombers made it even more special of a day. All in all, a great time to be a Floridian!
