Plenty of jacks, Mackerel and Bluefish and a few pompano and sharks are along the beach if you can get outside the inlet. Soft plastic lures from Storm are great baits as well as Doc’s Goofy jigs.

The inlet has some Snook and Redfish but the bite is hit or miss daytime. Nightime bite is much more consistent. Live pinfish, shrimp and pigfish are best live baits. Fair Hawk Jigs work well at night.

Flounder, pompano and Trout inside the inlet west of the bridge with some blues, mackerel and jacks mixed in. Soft Plastic lures from Storm and jigs are best baits as fish are close to the bottom.

In the lagoon there are some trout on the islands. Some of the islands in Grant have jacks, bluefish and pompano on them as well. Work the deeper edges with anything that runs 3-4’. Keep the action slow in the colder water.

Sebastian River and Turkey creek have snook, Tarpon and jacks along the docks and shorelines with jacks and ladyfish in the deeper holes.
