Finally a break in break in this wind — and what do you know? The fish are here!
This week, I’d like to highlight another one of our awesome captains, Capt. Morgan, who had a great few days when the wind allowed us to get out there. Two sailfish yesterday and a pile of other species including kings and some mahi.
Capt. Morgan, a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, has been with us for about two years now, but make no mistake… He’s been fishing this port since he was in diapers. As an experienced tournament fisherman, this man knows a thing or two, and not just about his favorite spiced rum!
Having recently taken over the Fired Up, you can slowly see Morgan’s pride shine through as he’s in the midst of transforming the boast into a shiny new beast for the fleet and our customers. He is a hard worker and a great fisherman. You can count on him to take care of you and your family.
