What a banner week, 10/10! No Canaveral dump this week, lol. Starting off with the bunker, most days were one-and-done with the cast net. They were tucked up in the bight. Live bait worked great but frozen worked well, too. The 8A reef and pelican were both equally productive; limits of quality kings every day, mixed in were the mahi, blackfins, cobia and sails. Some days we saw a few sails by Capt. Morgan, whose been the sail raiser lately.

Closer to shore, we had giant schools of red drum and more sharks than you could handle. Just an all around amazing week to get out there.

And did you notice from Christmas day to New Years Day the water was flat calm? That seems to be the trend now every year. But now, the wind is here and we kinda wait till march for the next crowd. We will still be going out weekly, though. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
