This week was fantastic. Bait was easy as we got our fill with just one or two throws of the cast net in the morning along the beach. There have been bunker flipping all over from the Brown condos to the pier.
We fished pelican everyday this week with great results. No secret spots or anything, but the fishing tended to be better South. We’ve been boating Kings up to 50lbs, which is just insane! There’s also been sailfish and mahi in the mix, in addition to the fun stuff for clients like cuds and bones. All you need to do is pull live bait and you’ll be in business.
On shark trips, Tarpon continued to provide an added bonus almost every night — and the sharks were pretty good, too!
