This week, the fishing has been decent for the most part, but not without a few days of Capt. Tyler calling the place a DUMP. Between the winds and the currents, we can’t seem to catch a good week break of nice weather without needing to cancel 15 charters. All things considered, particularly for this time of year, it hasn’t been too bad. Kings came around for one solid day for some pitch and catch on the reef, but they were gone the next day. The only thing consistent has been beeliners, lanes, triggers, porgies and the occasional mango. Sharks and bull reds remain on the beach. The “wombs” are starting on the bunker, but nothing consistent yet. Hopefully that will soon change to make for some fun and easy trips.
