Doug with a nice inlet redfish!
Fishing has been pretty good. We’ve spent most of our time on the beach. Plenty of sharks, jacks, kingfish, spanish mackerel and tarpon. Find the bait pods and you will find the fish. Live greenies have worked well, but we have been catching a lot of fish on soft plastics rigged on jighwads. Fishing in the Inlet has also been pretty good. The redfish and snook bite has been decent and the jewfish are plentiful! If you’re fishing for Snook and Reds, make sure you have tackle strong enough to land the fish quickly so they aren’t eaten by the opportunistic grouper!
