nsb redfish

The bite has been staying steady throughout the waters of the North Indian River. We have been boating several different species the last couple of weeks. The bait has really moved into the backwaters in good numbers as of late.

Target the bait pods early with plugs and spoons. As the day progresses on, move to the edges of the flats throwing soft plastics or live bait. The redfish, snook and trout have all been chewing well and the occasional tarpon has been making an appearance, as well. Looks like the weather will continue to be good though next week so the fishing should continue to be good as well.
