Caught two of these last night at Melbourne Beach. There full of teeth 😬 I thought maybe a Barracuda or Mackerel?

I am thinking a little barracuda based on the jaw line. I don’t see spots like a Spanish mackerel would have.

I believe its a relative of the barracuda called a sennett.

Sennett. Related to a barracuda, but not actually one. A favorite food of sharks.

Yep, Sennett for sho. I used to always think they were baby cudas.
