In other news, Ed Killer of the TC Palm writes that Florida is one step closer to imposing new spotted seatrout regulations in all state waters. A few notable changes for the Central Florida recreational fishery include a reduction in daily bag limit from four to two fish, a seasonal closure from November to December, and modification of the slot size from 15-20 to 15-19 inches.
