A CENTRAL FLORIDA FISHING FORECAST EVERY TUESDAY
Between the waning moon and warming temperatures, expect to see a nice boost in bite activity across the board this week. Meanwhile, the grand daddy of all boat shows is this week in Miami. If you’re planning to make the pilgrimage down south, be sure to stop by and support the exhibitors repping Brevard County!
IN THIS WEEK’S FORECAST…
SPACE B.O.I. FORECAST
- black drum
WEATHER OVERVIEW: With the warmer temperatures this week, it should get some of these fish moving around. The wind will be out of the SSE & SSW through Thursday bringing warmer temperatures with it. By Thursday, high temps will be in the low 80s. Friday, the wind will shift out of the NNW and bring cooler winds as we move into the weekend. On Sunday, the wind will shift again out of the ESE. It appears this week Tuesday and Sunday are projected to have the lowest wind, but it still may be tough to get offshore.

MIAMI BOAT SHOW
The Miami International Boat Show is coming up this week (February 13 – 17). It may not be “local,” but Brevard County will be well-represented at the show.
Falcon Marine, based in Titusville, will be featuring their new line of BadCats and Falcon Boats. These catamarans are not just seriously roomy and wickedly smooth, but also reasonably priced. Be sure to check out the various models with Falcon Marine at the Evinrude Exhibit during next week’s show. Their demo slips are located at Pier #1 – slips 108 – 122. Boaters Exchange will be another familiar face at the show. Stop by and see them at the Everglades Boats exhibit and check out what new boats they’ve got in store for 2020.
