A CENTRAL FLORIDA FISHING FORECAST EVERY TUESDAY
Capt. Alex Hughey put his clients on the fish despite the less than ideal weather conditions.
There’s no shortage of frustration from anglers that have been patiently awaiting lower winds and calmer seas for what seems like an eternity. However, it’s important to maintain perspective as Capt. Greg Rapp points out that this past month was actually one of the most productive February’s of the past decade.
On another note, there’s been some positive buzz on the front of seagrass growth in the lagoon over the past several weeks:
IN THIS WEEK’S FORECAST…
SPACE B.O.I. FORECAST
WEATHER OVERVIEW: This week is going to be much of the same. Through Tuesday and Wednesday, a SSW wind will bring warmer temperatures and the week’s lowest winds, with it picking up on Thursday and through the weekend. The next front will be moving in Friday with winds shifting from the NNW, creating a drop in the temperature and will most likely make for some challenging fishing conditions throughout the weekend.
