treasure coast marina fishing report

Well, we’re trying to get a report in here between storms! In spite of the awful color of the lagoon, inshore action has been good throughout the Grant-Sebastian area with a surprising variety of species, including flounder! Our wade fishermen went south, (that’s about as specific as they get) and had a great late afternoon of angling that yielded plenty of keepers. Catches included trout, reds (barely legal, but legal), a few pompano, flounder, rounded out with a couple of juvenile snook released back to their moms.

Apparently the ocean has remained angry in wake of Dorian. Not many reports there. We did hear of some Mahi sightings, but there was not a lot of size to them.

We’re getting ready for Treasure Coast Marina 19th Inshore tournament on October 19th! The planning was a little delayed by storms, but the event will be held as scheduled. Check TCM Facebook page for details. Hope you all can join us for this fun event!
