The bite in the lagoon is off the hook! Anglers are catching nice redfish, black drum, some really nice mangrove snapper, and pompano, too. For the surf anglers, if you can find beach access, we’re still hearing consistent reports of pompano, whiting and black drum being caught in the surf. For the offshore bite, trollers are starting to encounter dolphin and blackfin tuna. Meanwhile, the bottom is holding nice sea bass, mangrove snapper and mutton snapper.
